As a follow-up to suing me for $400,000, Bishop Michael Bird has sent me another personalised note inviting me to make a financial contribution – voluntary, this time – to his diocese. Optimism is a wonderful thing.

I think your avian overseer has a lot of nerve!
Considering that each time they send one of these solicitations it gets posted here for all to see and we know someone is assigned to monitor your transmissions so I just have to assume that they are just plain STUPID!
Sadly there is a truth in fund raising that more money is spent raising more money than is actually expended on the intended recipient. This may be the efforts of a third party organization using an old diocese list for maximum effect. Still someone in there is still stupid.
I wonder if this could legally be considered harassment. I suggest you talk with your lawyer.
Michael Bird and his apostate colleagues hardly need any campaign for raising funds. The ACoC and their apostate so-called bishops have shown themselves very adept at legally stealing properties and/or selling buildings that were built by genuine Christians in the past solely to protect their pensions and salaries. With these apostates Satan hardly needs any more prophets within the ACoC.
