When three flags are flown together the most senior flag is in the middle, the second most senior flag is to the left (as seen by an observer), and the junior most flag is to the right. In the picture that would rank the flags in order of seniority:
1st – Canada
2nd – Homosexuals
3rd – The Anglican Church of Canada (and presumably by extension a devotion to God)
Or it may simply be that the person who hoisted these flags is ignorant of flag rules.
In the Third Reich, similar kinds of churches draped altars with the swastika. And for precisely the same reasons.
Isn’t such servility *funny*?!
The arrangement of the flags is also telling.

Interesting. I didn’t know the order in which they were flown mattered. I thought the senior flag was just to be higher.
Extra cathedra:
still “in the holy place”.

Ours is in the Cathedral. 🙂
