You don’t understand what time is, what matter is, what consciousness is what life or death are, what beauty, love, self sacrifice or forgiveness are. Who God is.
Worst of all, you don’t understand that you don’t understand any of these things.
In 100 years time, if you are right, you will have ceased to be; in 200, no-one will remember you or care who you were. Your philosophy is without truth, goodness, hope or meaning; all you have is pride and, if you are wrong, I fear you may have it and nothing else for eternity. Poor you.
They are without hope and must be awful.
Atheism is the most intellectually bankrupt position there is. I have heard there is an ancient eastern view of the cosmos that pictures the world sitting on the back of an elephant, with the elephant standing on four turtles. But what are the turtles standing on? The picture doesn’t go that far. They are apparently standing on nothing.
Such is the atheist worldview. I have long said that the atheist just fails to ask the next question, or enough questions. No matter how far they go, no matter how far they reason their train of thought, eventually they reach the point where they are standing on nothing.
