Oh dear. What do I do now. Me being the left of centre type that I am find this all a bit disconcerting. My heart is in the right place but my wallet left rear pocket.
Sigh.
Ecclesiastes 10:2 is not a political statement! God is not a Conservative or a Liberal. God is a Theocrat – He alone rules His kingdom. In Israel the right hand was the place of strength. The left hand was considered the place of weakness. King Solomon is saying that a wise man does the right thing, while the fool does the wrong thing. Or, the right hand is the place of honour, and the left of inferiority. The symbolism is intimated in Jesus’ account of the judgment (Matthew 25:33).

That is one of my favourite Scripture verses. I very much like the way you have applied it.
“Put not thy trust in princes, neither in any child of man, for there is no help in them.”

On the other hand, a little humour can leaven even the most serious topic.
A little humour is fine, but the Bible is the Word of God.
