Perhaps “incantations” would be a better word.
The Anglican Church of Canada has added some new incantations to its website:
The Pastoral Liturgies for Journeys of Gender Affirmation and Transition is now there.
And, for all of you who like to announce your pronouns, there is the Inclusive Language Liturgical Psalter, where God has been robbed of his.
I have little doubt that there will be almost no demand for the above, but I expect this one to be in constant use: The Deconsecration of a Sacred Space.
When a so-called Christian church willingly goes into the pit by deliberately casting off the WORD, there is virtually no hope for it until there is a total clreanup to rid inself of APOSTATES. Having a white collar or a purple shirt does NOT make you a Christian. I sincerely pray that there will be a total cleanup from the top down in the ACoC.
Wait, the “trans” phenomenon may explain everything! Think about it: “trans-Anglicans” are those who IDENTIFY as Anglicans, but who aren’t ones in reality. Yes, they dress like Anglicans, talk like Anglicans, and otherwise try to “live” as Anglicans, even while being essentially non-Anglican pagans. Perhaps, too, they belong to the broader category of “trans-Christians”: those who identify as being Christian (e.g., dress the part, talk the talk, etc.) but aren’t.
